HRSoft and UKG Ready are now integrated to bring advanced compensation software to more employers
HRSoft, the global leader in compensation, rewards and goals-based performance management solutions, today announced it has expanded its technology partnership with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) by adding the integration of HRSoft and UKG Ready to the UKG Marketplace.
UKG is a leading global provider of human capital management (HCM), payroll, HR service delivery and workforce management solutions. Ready offers a flexible, seamless solution for smaller HR teams who can leverage the benefits of HR, payroll, talent, and time in a single suite to deliver a modern, personalized experience that increases efficiency and simplifies compliance. HRSoft now integrates across the entire UKG product portfolio, including Ready, UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions.
HRSoft is now integrated with Ready through a pre-built API to automatically transfer and synchronize data between the software solutions. With this API, employers using Ready can have data kept in their system of record automatically transferred to HRSoft for a seamless compensation planning and management process.
“Our expanded partnership with UKG will connect Ready clients with HRSoft’s leading centralized software to automate the compensation management process,” said Eric Dirks, Executive Vice President, HRSoft. “Managers can easily transfer data between Ready and HRSoft and use it to make informed decisions relating to salary adjustments, merit, bonus and incentive awards.
“As compensation management becomes more critical in appreciating and rewarding associates, our partnership with UKG creates great value for employers,” Dirks added. “We look forward to supporting the goals of Ready clients and meeting their compensation management requirements – just like we have with UKG customers for the past three years.”
“By cultivating a highly engaged ecosystem of technology partners, like HRSoft, we’re able to enhance data visibility to help mutual customers make more informed decisions,” said Mike May, senior director, UKG Connect Technology Partner Program, UKG. “Our open and extensible platform architecture helps keep people at the center of everyday decisions.”
