David has more than twenty years of experience leading HR service and technology companies. He has been a driving force in HR Tech for nearly a decade, and is responsible for leading HRSoft and its focus on serving the needs of HR professionals around the globe.
Tushar is a master in the enterprise architecture and cloud computing field, and has devoted the last 10+ years to compensation, rewards and performance management. Tushar is the inventor of HRSoft’s enterprise low-code platform. He has worked with Kadiri, who developed the first enterprise-class compensation management software, and with Proact Technologies, who developed one of the first software-based total rewards portals. He holds a B.S. in Physics, and a M.S. in Computer Science.
Eric is responsible for the go-to-market activities that drive our outstanding customer experience including global sales, marketing and business development. Eric has more than 30 years of experience leading revenue growth in sales and management leadership roles for a variety of SaaS, technology, and professional services organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Ezra is responsible for HRSoft’s channel partnerships and relationships. An industry “insider,” Ezra writes and speaks often on the topic of compensation management and he is the author of “The Total Rewards Communication Handbook” and “The Structured Partnership Handbook.” Ezra is also a contributor to Lance and Dorothy Berger’s “THE COMPENSATION HANDBOOK: A State-of-the-Art Guide to Compensation, Strategy and Design.”
Tom is the company’s CFO. Tom has worked with a number of growth stage SaaS businesses and has helped guide several to successful exits. Tom began his career in accounting at EY and was an early pioneer in the SaaS space starting with one of the first Software as a Service based platforms, Recruiting Solutions.
