A 20-year seasoned HCM and SaaS executive with a track record of scaling PE backed companies, Joe Poxson is the Chief Executive Officer of HRSoft and is responsible for strategic direction, culture and growth of the company. His leadership steers the company as it becomes the preferred solution for the Fortune 500 to retain their top employees through a suite of HR Solutions tailored towards compensation management, pay equity and total rewards.
As HRSoft’s Chief Financial Officer, Brad Kniejski is responsible for the strategic finance, accounting, FP&A, corporate development, tax, treasury, and human resource functions. Brad started his career as an investment banker with Wells Fargo Securities and, in 2014, joined Frontier Capital, a growth equity firm focused on B2B software companies. Prior to joining HRSoft, Kniejski served as Vice President at Level Equity, another SaaS-focused growth equity firm.
As HRSoft’s Chief Operating Officer, Ross Berry is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of HRSoft’s business processes and practices. He leads a large team of HCM and compensation software experts through Implementation, Professional Services, and Change Management. Ross partners with business leaders throughout the company to ensure HRSoft’s customers are maximizing their investment in the company’s suite of HCM solutions.
Tushar is a master in the enterprise architecture and cloud computing field and has devoted the last 10+ years to compensation, rewards and performance management. Tushar is the inventor of HRSoft’s enterprise low-code platform. He has worked with Kadiri, who developed the first enterprise-class compensation management software, and with Proact Technologies, who developed one of the first software-based total rewards portals. He holds a B.S. in Physics and an M.S. in Computer Science.
Abby Sandbach is the Vice President of Marketing at HRSoft. She leads the marketing organization with a focus on building the HRSoft brand and creating demand for HRSoft’s compensation-focused product portfolio. With over 18 years of experience in the HR tech space, Abby began her career at Spectrum Human Resource Systems (now Epicor). She later joined the industry-leading recruiting and ATS provider, TalentReef, where she was an integral part of the company’s hyper-growth.
Alex Miklin is the Senior Vice President of Industry and Technology Solutions at HRSoft, where he is responsible for the company’s growth through partnerships, product strategy, and business operations. Alex’s mission is to drive significant growth for the business by evolving the current partnership framework and GTM strategy directly associated with building synergies across all strategic HCM platforms. As a 10-year veteran of the HCM space, Alex had tenured success at TalentReef, where he led multiple teams in Professional Services, Product Management, Sales and Partnerships.
Glizcel Ditto ensures that HRSoft’s innovative solutions align with our clients’ total rewards strategies. She loves to dig into customers’ challenges and help solve them using technology to enhance their employer’s brand and realize their business objectives. Together with the rest of the HRSoft leadership, Glizcel helps to guide solutions design, optimized delivery, and increase user adaption in support of unique and complex compensation practices.
As HRSoft’s Chief Revenue Officer, Chris Seeger’s focus is on managing strategic growth for the business. Chris’ expertise includes building and scaling teams and setting go-to-market strategy. Chris began his career at Oracle and has a long and esteemed career in the tech industry. Over the past 10+ years, Chris has helped transform companies such as TalentReef, AbsenceSoft, and Insurium and make them market winners.
As VP of People, Nicole Ryder is tasked with building a comprehensive foundation for HR operations and people focused initiatives aimed at driving leadership development, company performance and employee engagement for teams across the United States and around the globe.
