David Kennedy

Chief Executive Officer

David has more than twenty years of experience leading HR service and technology vendors. Prior experience includes serving as President of First Advantage’s Background Verification Group. Through organic growth and acquisitions, the business grew from $15m to $65m in revenue.


David recruited management teams, developed branding and positioning, successfully developed new products and software. First Advantage was successfully spun out from the parent company and taken public before being acquired by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group. David was an entrepreneur prior to joining First Advantage.

Tushar Ghoshal

Chief Technology Officer

Tushar has more than fifteen years of experience in the enterprise architecture and cloud computing field. Tushar joined HRsoft through its acquisition of Proact Technologies in 2004. Prior to joining Proact, he consulted for Fidelity National Information Services (Second Foundation) and Tata Consultancy Services.


He received his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, and Bachelor’s degree in Physics, from Delhi University, India.

Eric Dirks

Executive Vice President Sales

Eric leads the sales team for North America and is responsible for all aspects of business development and sales strategy for the company. Eric’s background is in sales and management leadership for a variety of SaaS, technology and professional services organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to HRsoft, Eric’s experience included leading two private equity companies, including a SaaS cloud based provider of employee benefits where he grew revenue over 50% and MRR 100% in the first year.


Eric also has held corporate leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and e-business for a Fortune 500 company. Eric is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, and resides in suburban Philadelphia with his wife and three children.

S. Austin Muzumdar

SVP, Products & Services

Austin and his talented teams are responsible for implementing our software for new clients and maintaining excellence and innovation in all HRsoft products and services.


Austin brings over 15 years of practical hands on talent management and talent management technology experience including leading over 50 successful projects for leading organizations such as United Airlines, Ameriprise Finance, American Express and Ascension Health. Austin is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago where he earned his MBA.

Ezra Schneier

Corporate Development Officer

Ezra is responsible for execution of the company’s channel partnership strategy and Account Management functions.


Schneier is the former Vice President of Corporate Development for First Advantage Corporation where he successfully executed that company’s growth strategy.

Brian Sharp

Chief Marketing Officer

Brian is responsible for all product marketing, lead generation and company branding for HRsoft. Brian brings to HRsoft 20 years of entrepreneurial experience that includes the start-up and successful exits of three companies.


As a CEO and business consultant Brian has extensive experience helping companies in all stages of growth develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies that maximize lead velocity and sales profitability. He is an award-winning public speaker, creator of the Microphone Marketing™method and frequent presenter on topics including HR SaaS technology, business strategy and marketing. Brian resides in Northern California with his wife and three children.
