David has more than twenty years of experience leading HR service and technology companies. He has been a driving force in compensation management software for nearly a decade and is responsible for leading HRsoft and its laser sharp focus on serving the needs of compensation management professionals around the globe.

Tushar Ghoshal

Chief Technology Officer

Tushar is a master in the enterprise architecture and cloud computing field, and has devoted the last 10+ years to compensation management and total rewards.  He has worked with Kadiri, who developed the first enterprise class compensation management software, and with Proact Technologies who developed one of the fist software-based Total Rewards portals.  He holds a B.S. in Physics, and a M.S. in Computer Science.

Eric Dirks

Executive Vice President

Eric is responsible for HRsoft’s go-to-market activities that drive our outstanding customer experience, including global sales, marketing, and business development. Eric has more than 30 years experience leading revenue growth in sales and management leadership roles for a variety of SaaS, technology, and professional services organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to HRsoft, Eric’s led two successful private equity companies, including a SaaS provider of employee benefits, and was a Vice President of Marketing and e-Business for a Fortune 500 company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.

S. Austin Muzumdar

SVP, Products & Services

Austin and his team are responsible for the success and delight of every HRsoft customer.  With 15+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing every HRsoft solution, Austin has deep roots in compensation and benefits from Aon Hewitt and Mellon HR.  Austin holds an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

Ezra Schneier

Corporate Development Officer

Ezra is responsible for HRsoft channel partnerships and relationships.  An industry ‘insider’, Ezra writes and speaks often on the topic of compensation management and he is the author of “The Total Rewards Communication Handbook” and “The Structured Partnership Handbook.”  Ezra is also a contributor to Lance and Dorothy Berger’s “THE COMPENSATION HANDBOOK: A State-of-the-Art Guide to Compensation, Strategy and Design.”
