Following Dial Consumer Products’ transition to a publicly traded company (now owned by Henkel), Casner developed a corporate compensation department and redesigned the company’s state-of-the-art compensation program. During the eight years that she was the head of compensation, Dial Consumer Products experienced a significant increase in employee engagement and saw its stock prices double in less than two years.
