COMPview is HRsoft’s cloud-based planning tool that allows clients to control their compensation process, sensitive and personal compensation data, and managers’ budget and guideline adherence.

Here at HRsoft, we’re serious about COMPview client satisfaction.  In the 2015 HR System Survey, Sierra Cedar reported that the average Net Promoter Score for all HR software was a dismal -35%.  SaaS solutions, while better, also had a negative Net Promoter Score (-9).

SaaS vendors with more efficient implementation processes had the highest recorded scores (+27%).

We knew we could do even better than that.

Over the last few years, HRsoft invested heavily in automating large parts of the COMPview implementation process.  We built tools within the software to prevent misinterpretation of client requirements.  We developed configuration wizards to engineer many opportunities for human error out of the process completely.  And, we automated the production of project plans, requirement documents, and scope of work documents so that they 1) tie directly into the client’s unique configuration and, 2) are available online, in the same version, to client and HRsoft project team members at all times.

We also began to apply continuous improvement and process engineering techniques to implementation practices. As a result, our customer-focused professional services teams have the powerful tools they need to ensure the highest possible quality of ongoing client support.

Our efforts have clearly made a difference. A Net Promoter survey of COMPview clients who have completed their 2017 – 2018 Compensation Cycle reveals that COMPview’s score of 52% is nearly twice as high as that of other SaaS vendors. While this is a strong showing, we know we can still improve.   In our view, a higher score means we are helping our clients achieve success,  and that will continue to be our top priority.
