David Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
David has more than twenty years of experience leading HR service and technology vendors. Prior experience includes serving as President of First Advantage’s Background Verification Group. Through organic growth and acquisitions, the business grew from $15m to $65m in revenue. David recruited management teams, developed branding and positioning, successfully developed new products and software. First Advantage was successfully spun out from the parent company and taken public before being acquired by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group. David was an entrepreneur prior to joining First Advantage.
Tushar Ghoshal, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Tushar has more than fifteen years of experience in the enterprise architecture and cloud computing field. Tushar joined HRsoft through its acquisition of Proact Technologies in 2004. Prior to joining Proact, he consulted for Fidelity National Information Services (Second Foundation) and Tata Consultancy Services. He received his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, and Bachelor’s degree in Physics, from Delhi University, India.
Fred Nussbaum, Executive Vice President Sales (EVP Sales)
Fred has led the company’s focus on mid-market sales and marketing. Fred’s prior experience includes serving as CEO at Jobapp Network, a fast growing provider of Recruitment Software as a Service solutions . Prior to that, Nussbaum was EVP of Sales and Marketing at Clarity Technologies a start-up where he grew sales from $0 to $20m in three years. Clarity was successfully acquired by CSR, a leader in Bluetooth technology.
Ezra Schneier, Corporate Development Officer (CDO)
Ezra is responsible for execution of the company’s channel partnership strategy and Account Management functions. Schneier is the former Vice President of Corporate Development for First Advantage Corporation where he successfully executed that company’s growth strategy.
Austin Muzumdar, Senior Vice President Client Success (SVP Client Success)
Austin is responsible for helping clients use the company’s solutions to effectively improve their workforce management and achieve their long term business objectives. Austin has previously been in leadership roles at Mellon HR Solutions and Hewitt Associates.
Brian Sharp, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Brian has nearly 20 years of business ownership and marketing experience. He has been involved with the start-up and marketing development of 4 companies including his most recent SaaS start-up PresenterBox, which was successfully acquired in 2014. At HRsoft, Brian is responsible for lead generation, marketing strategy, brand management and media relations for the full suite of talent management solutions throughout North America.
